HLAC 1000 - Cardio Fitness
Reflection: I've enjoyed being able to do a cardio workout twice a week and have learned how to calculate a resting and target heart rate in this class. I've also learned about diet and general wellness. Though my focus is cardio, I have also learned to do some weight exercises. This has been a great experience and I will use what I have learned throughout the rest of my life. |

HLAC 1055 - Pilates I
| Reflection: When I signed up for Pilates I didn't know what to expect. This class has been a challenge for me, and I have learned to push myself and not to give up. It has taught me so many techniques to strengthen my body, I think it is the hardest and best strength training out there. I hope to continue doing Pilates long after the semester ends. |
